Garlic and Mullein infused Olive Oil❧
2 fl oz dropper bottle❧
Place the bottle in a cup of hot water for a few minutes (until a drop of oil feels warm but not hot on the inside of your wrist.) Put a few drops of oil in affected ear and cover ear canal with a cotton ball (place in ear, not in ear canal). Massage below ear to promote oil to move deeper into ear. You can also lie with that ear up, and put heat on ear to help promote healing.
I have been making ear oil for my family since my children were small. It helped so much that as soon as my kids had ear discomfort they would come and ask for ear oil. My mom used it for myself and my brothers as well. The warm oil is soothing and the mullein and garlic help alleviate the pain quickly. If used immediately on onset the pain doesn’t escalate.
About the ingredients:
Garlic, mullein, and olive oil, separately and combined, have been used for generations as a mild, soothing relief for earaches in both adults and children. They all have antibacterial properties that help in treatment of ear infections but also the warm oil soothes the discomfort of ear infections.
Garlic: Garlic is a well known as an antibacterial and for inflammation. It has been used for generations for ear aches and multiple studies have shown its effectiveness in dealing with ear infections and ear pain.
